By accessing or using Shimockups.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Shimockups.com is a web-based mockup generator for apparel sellers. The Service allows users to upload PNG designs, apply them to product mockups, and export ZIP archives of the resulting images. The Service is operated by Shimmering Hearts.
The Service is offered at $10/month after a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the free trial. After the trial period, access to certain features (including ZIP export) requires an active paid subscription. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
You retain ownership of all designs you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you confirm that you have the rights to use it and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded designs.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, or to attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Shimmering Hearts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
